About the Role: The Head of Marketing is a pivotal role with the responsibility for the marketing function for Oyster and its asset portfolio, leading, developing and implementing the marketing strategy in line with Oysters business objectives and goals.
What we are looking for?We are looking for a strong marketer that wants to step up into a Head of Marketing role or, someone with experience that will drive our marketing function and take it to the next level.
You would: Lead the development of our marketing strategy with focus on elevating Oysters brand.
Prioritise brand elevation and growth.
Keep up to date on Marketing Trends including, analysing customer feedback, present strategic insights to key stakeholders, and collaborate with the executive team.
Lead media strategy and implementation.
Manage budgets, short-term scheduling, and long-term financial considerations.
Drive innovation, cost reduction, and revenue generation.
Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media channels and websites.
Job Experience/Skills:5+ years experience in a Senior Marketing Role, Leadership experience with a strategic mind Ability to communicate effectively between multiple stakeholders and executives Motivated and organised, who can manage simultaneous projects, programs and deliverables Knowledge on Marketo (or similar software) and Salesforce DC, Adobe Acrobat, In Design and Photoshop (Illustrator a plus), Wordpress What's on Offer: Join a leading, innovative and dynamic company.
