We are looking for a Brilliant Head of Marketing to join us as the pioneer to launch and lead a new product under Home Care.
In this exciting role, you will lead strategy up to execution within our major markets, including Australia, USA, Canada, and UK As Head of Marketing for this vertical, you will hold a key position in shaping and leading the strategic direction of our brands.
Your primary responsibilities involve collaborating with the commercial lead and GM to analyse market conditions, build enduring brands and drive successful brand launches and growth plans.
In addition, you will contribute to portfolio management, develop business and marketing plans, and foster an environment conducive to top-tier talent growth.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTYour strategic leadership will play a pivotal role in the success of our brands.
By shaping brand strategy and collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will ensure optimal brand positioning and drive successful product launches.
Your efforts in establishing brand foundations, fostering cross-functional cohesion, and providing thought leadership in funding allocation will contribute to maximising the impact of our marketing investments.
Additionally, your role in developing business and marketing plans, along with your focus on talent growth, will have a lasting impact on our portfolio's growth and success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: You will be responsible for the exposition of great brand and brand portfolio strategy across all brands live and launching, defining and formalising how the brand strategy is shaped and shared both within the business and with external partners.
In partnership with commercial lead and GM, analyse data and market conditions to determine the best brand positioning strategy and NPD opportunities to move on.
Driving the delivery of bestinclass creative NPD briefs.
Developing and delivering strong brands and, in partnership with commercial lead, build strategies and pitch decks that position the brands for launch and longterm success with retailers.
You will be responsible for the delivery of strategic brand foundations: developing brand strategy, brand platforms + brand assets designed to drive reach, awareness, and brand affinity with both customers and endcustomers.
You will be the Guardian of Brand Consistency.
Ensuring that all crossfunctional contributors are executing products, retailer communications, and marketing in a way that presents a consistent brand.
You will be responsible for galvanising crossfunctional teams together and ensuring strategic brand cohesiveness of all consumerfacing outputs (digital, marketing, trademarketing, design, and NPD).
You will own brand direction and contributing to the portfolio management strategy for brands within the home care vertical.
In partnership with commercial lead and GM, develop businesslevel POAP that sets the strategic direction for annual business planning and goal setting.
Develop marketing POAP that explicitly ladders marketing AND individual responsibilities to the annual business POAP.
Develop longterm marketing plans for each brand and provide the strategic guidance for local market deployment by marketing team.
Developing channelagnostic, yet modern and efficient brand communication strategies that marketing and digital marketing can execute in local market deployment.
Ensure that marketing investment is delivering a compounding improvement ROT and ROI.
Nurture an environment that enables the growth potential of toptier talent.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING: You Ideally have a solid 10+ years of experience in brand/consumer marketing You have worked within home care or other commoditised consumer categories You have experience in building and executing comprehensive trade marketing strategies with retailers around the world (ideally US/EU/UK combined with ANZ) You have proven experience in building and developing highperforming teams You have a solid foundation in Brand and Marketing Strategy
