Tait is a global industry leader in critical communications, and as our company grows, we're excited to open up the opportunity to take on a brand-new position as Services Portfolio Manager, reporting to the General Manager, Services.

In this role, you will act as a key member of the Services leadership team, helping to design the future state of the Services business side of Tait, with a focus on how we leverage our domain expertise to be able to scale and accelerate our customer growth. You will contribute to the strategy and vision of Services, ensuring our portfolio of offerings meets and exceeds the needs of our channel partners, dealer network and customers.

**Key responsibilities in this role include**:

- Strategic planning and decision making, ensuring we have a Services portfolio that is forward thinking, easy to understand and appealing to our customers, both new and existing.
- Evaluating our existing services and propose enhancements or brand-new offerings to address current and future industry challenges. Working closely with engineering, sales and product teams to align the Services portfolio with the company roadmap.

We're looking for a commercially astute, strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach. You'll have proven experience in a business-to-business or business-to-customer environment within the service industry, and a highly evolved ability to work collaboratively and achieve results in a global, regional, and functional matrix management structure.
- Proven experience delivering compelling service value propositions.
- Relevant industry experience
- Experience identifying, evaluating, and negotiating operational partnership relationships.
