We’re looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager for our Card Services Team.

Reporting to the GM of Card and Partnerships, your key focus will be the ownership, creation, management and review of the Category Strategy and Partner Plans within the assigned portfolio, with overall responsibility for delivery of agreed objectives for the benefit of shareholders, partners, and the Co-op.

You’ll concentrate on:
Growth of the allocated portfolio and review of any applicable category strategies

Leading the contract negotiation process with key partners

Analysing and reporting on monthly partner performance

Providing regular and accurate forecasting and reporting to management

Exploring new markets/opportunities for Category development

The Farmlands Card is highly valued by our shareholders and this role is crucial in helping us to cement it's place as the most loved rural purchasing tool for our shareholders and partners.

We’re looking for an individual with a proven track record in business development and sales, who is confident building strong working relationships internally and externally. You will have a strong strategic focus and be able to demonstrate innovation and entrepreneurship in a commercial setting.

You will be a good communicator, good at multitasking and able to remain calm under pressure. Your proven experience in business development and sales will allow you to navigate ambiguous situations and successfully negotiate solutions.
