The role

  • Lead the Network Program function delivering strategic direction that aligns with our overarching vision
  • Lead reporting to our Head of Network Delivery, Integrated Leadership Team and stakeholders on portfolio objectives, progress and outcomes on data driven decisionmaking
  • Manage portfolio performance to ensure effective prioritization and resource allocation
  • Authorise CAPEX and OPEX works to deliver on our AMP work programme
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies ensuring we continue to improve, growth and stay innovative

About you

  • Extensive experience in a Programme Manager leadership role with exception planning maintenance skills delivering on multiple complex parallel projects
  • Relevant qualification in the electrical industry or substantial experience in the management and/or construction and maintenance of substation, electric power distribution systems contracts or projects
  • Natural desire and motivation to lead others with the ability to coach, inspire and motivate
  • Strong ability to influence and engage at all levels through communication and negotiation
  • Experience in Project Management fundamentals
  • Be solution focused while managing deadlines, conflicting priorities and constantly changing demands
