**Starting salary**: $ 72,944 - $ 82,660 + superannuation
Te tūnga | The role
You will be providing support and advice, administration assistance and day to day coordination in a fast-moving work environment for the General Manager of Collection Operations and the wider Senior Leadership Team.
You will be highly organised with the skillset and capability to develop systems and processes suitable for managing time and workload priorities, while exercising discretion and diplomacy and maintaining high levels of confidentiality. You will be a core part of our Senior Leadership Team and will be able to be involved in all our key activities and decisions where your input will be valued.
This role will suit someone who is comfortable in a complex and fluid environment, is proactive, can prioritise well and autonomously manage a busy workload. Traditional EA requirements such as comprehensive diary management, minute taking, relationship building, and great time management skills will be important in this role. At times you may be redirected to support project-based initiatives across Collection Operations or the wider Technology, Operations, Commercial and Collections (TOCC) team.

- Proactive and highly organised with the confidence to work in a senior management structure.
- Work in a high trust environment where you have autonomy over your work
- Fully support our leaders to work at their optimum, while proactively working on anticipated needs.
- Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Managing special projects or events may be part of the responsibilities. Therefore, having experience is organising and co-ordinating events would be beneficial.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant would be beneficial but is not essential
