**Mō te tūranga**:
We are a Māori owned recruitment agency passionate about supporting better opportunities for Māori and creating more representative and inclusive workplaces in Aotearoa.
Our whānau is looking for a mana Tāne or mana Wahine with strong skills in Te Ao Māori and Te Reo Māori to join our team as a Kaiāwhina Tari - Office Administrator.
As our Kaiāwhina Tari you will be responsible for the care of our manuhiri and the efficient day-to-day running of our Pōneke tari.
**Mōu**:
Manākitanga and kaitiakitanga are key to success in this role. As the first point of contact for our manuhiri, you must be an awesome communicator and a natural connector. With strong verbal and written communication skills, you will have the confidence and ability to interact with senior professionals and clients. You will also have fantastic time management skills with an ability to multitask.
Kai forms an important role in the delivery of our services, and you will draw on your previous experience in hospitality to source and serve kai that is relevant to the hui or wānanga being held.
You will assist with a wide range of admin and finance tasks to support our business support team, and awhi the whole team to ensure everyone has all the equipment and resources needed to do their mahi.
It would be awesome if you enjoy working with new technologies. You should enjoy working as part of a team and have a flair for dealing with people from all walks of life.
**Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi kaitono, kei a ia**:
- Completion of NCEA Level 2 or above
- Intermediate to advanced level of Te reo Māori
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Outlook
