**We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Support team based in Napier.**
- Immediate start
- Full-time permanent role
- ** Monday to Friday, 6.00 am to 2.00 pm**:

- Location: Onekawa, Napier

**The job**:

- Discussing product options with customers
- Up-selling product lines
- Key customer support services
- Preparing quotations
- Assisting with administrative duties
- Invoicing

**The person**:
The successful applicant will possess the following skills, qualities, and attributes:

- A great communicator with a friendly and confident phone manner
- Excellent English speaking, reading & writing skills, and reasonably good arithmetic skills
- Current full NZ driver's license
- Time management skills are necessary
- Attention to detail
- Prior NZ experience within this field will be an advantage but not essential.
- Knowledge of basic food ingredients is essential.
