**The Role**:
RE/MAX New Zealand is a leading real estate company with a growing network of offices across the country. We are currently seeking an Office Administrator/Personal Assistant to join our busy boutique office and support one of our top performing Sales Associates within Sotheby’s International Realty Napier.

You will be required to complete administrative duties, prepare legal contracts, manage buyer databases and communicate with vendors and purchasers on a daily basis.

This role is suited to someone that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can prioritise a busy schedule. You will have a high degree of accuracy, excellent time management and organisational skills, while maintaining an unflustered approach to your role.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week based in the RE/MAX Flagship Office in Hamilton.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General administration functions including reception
- Diary management
- Social Media management, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Coordinating marketing materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy
- Preparation and provision of brochures, flyers, window cards for the agents and office
- Formatting, editing and proofing of documentation.
- Preparation of sale and purchase and auction agreements.

- Strong administrative skills and experience is essential

- Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to proofread
- Ability to prioritise and meet the commitment of those priorities
- Comprehensive understanding of the suite of software including Word, Excel and Adobe
- Motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Ability to pre-empt needs
- Deadline driven and hardworking
- Make good use of your initiative
- Sense of humour
- Exceptional can do, willing and adaptable and flexible attitude
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required
