someone with:
At least 2 years' experience in an
office administration related role
(experience within a professional
services/consulting environment is
preferable but not essential)

Highly organised, proactive, and
reliable.

A collaborative working style and
the ability to get on with a diverse
range of people.

Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, and the
ability to communicate effectively
both in-person and over the phone.

Ability to manage and deliver
multiple tasks in a timely fashion.

A high level of accuracy and an
excellent eye for detail.

Intermediate Office365 skills (most
importantly Word and Excel).

Keen to contribute to our office
culture and social activities

A full and current drivers' licence.

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and highly organised
Office Administrator to join our friendly Hamilton team.

There is the possibility that, for the right person, this role could be
undertaken on a part-time basis - minimum 30 hours, which would need
to be worked across 5 days.

Based in the Hamilton CBD, we have a modern office, fun culture with
regular social and sporting activities and professional development
opportunities for all. We also greatly care about the environment
and sustainable practices are an important part of our practice and
management of the office.

In this role, you'll be an important member of the Business Services
team, providing essential administrative support and business services
to our busy consultants and the wider office. You'll be the first point of
contact, as the front face to our clients and team, as well as taking charge
of a diverse range of tasks which keep the office organised. These tasks
include managing reception, coordinating meetings and travel, organising
internal events, vehicle maintenance, and administrative support for the
local management team. You will work closely with the Tauranga Business
Services team, with the opportunity for growth in the role.
