**Business Solutions Associate**

Innovative and forward thinking, our Client has developed an exceptional team that lives and breathes workplace capability. Providing a comprehensive consultancy service across Education, Learning and Development and Workplace Wellbeing, they are making a genuine impact on a global scale.

Currently, they are looking for a Business Solutions Associate to assist the team in assessing and advising on solutions, options and help drive innovation. Technically able, you will bring with you a fresh perspective and the ability to think outside the square.

Key components and focus points of this role include:

- Drive new initiatives
- Build and maintain enduring relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with operational performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Work with stakeholders to identify, investigate and implement improvements.
- Assist with the implementation of improvements
- End User Support

Ideally, to ensure your success in this role, you will bring with you:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience being involved with the creation and implementation of new processes which deliver changes
- Analytical and commercial mindset with a natural inclination for data
- Good technical skills and knowledge of modern approaches
- Collaborative working style, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- High level of attention to detail and documentation skills
- Able to adapt your delivery of information according to the audience
- Excellent problem solving skills using a logical thought process
- Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines
