**About the role**
- We are looking for an Associate Business Consultant to provide consulting services to customers and Objective team members on all content aspects of Objective product suite. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with Senior Technical Consultants, Business Consultants, and Project Managers providing and assisting them with design configuration, specifications, testing documentation, customer support, training and other associated tasks.
- Reporting to the Regional Services Director in Wellington, this role is based in our stunning Wellington office on a permanent full-time basis.
- This role will be a great opportunity for someone at a junior consulting level looking for their next career move with huge growth opportunity as well as working on some exciting and meaningful projects with a highly functional and supporting team.

**What will your day look like**:

- Responsible for providing expert advice on all features/functions/techniques used. This knowledge will be developed through engagement with Objective product and consulting experts, day-to-day work assignments and self-directed learning.
- Configuration of the customer solution using the product features plus provide content configuration assistance to the customers.
- Supporting more senior consultants by providing administration support, including taking meeting minutes, logging Jira tickets, following up on action points, arranging meetings, and drafting communications.
- Facilitating workshops with clients, this may include demos, training, or design workshops.
- Acting as the liaison between the customers/business consultants and Objective Product, Development and Testing teams to specify, confirm, and test the design of the customer solution.
- Assisting Objective Support and Engineering in the troubleshooting and rectification of support incidents.
- Ensure continuous improvement in the “way we work at Objective Corporation” through contribution to ‘Best Practice’ via improvements in our processes, developing re-usable tools, etc.

**What skills will you need**:

- Ideally 2+ years’ consulting experience as an entry-level Business Consultant.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Advanced MS Word, Outlook) and Jira software.
- Knowledge of data models and data queries.
- Business requirement analysis and solution mapping.
- Experience in the configuration of software solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Customer focus and attention to detail.
