**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
Mahi ē Taea is supported by a small tight-knit team of experts, working within the broader Payroll team.
The primary purpose of the role is to develop and support Mahi ē Taea and rostering practices within Te Whatu Ora, as well as be a source of knowledge with expertise in rostering, and to ensure training and documentation is available for Mahi ē Taea and rostering**.**
**Mōu | About you**
You will be required to have a high attention to detail, to be customer-centric, and have a proven ability to deliver quality outcomes, within strict deadlines, as well as participate in testing and implementing solution upgrades.
You will work collaboratively with employees, providing them with training and system support as well as ensuring that all rosters you deliver comply with the contractual requirements of Collective Employment Agreement.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- NZ payroll experience
- Experience working in a large complex payroll environment
- Able to work with the different collective agreements, utilised in the healthcare sector
- Sound understanding of the Holidays Act 2003, Parental Leave Act, KiwiSaver Act and Wages Protection Act
- Sound written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to customer service
