About the Role As GM Commercial Growth & Strategy, you will lead NTT’s revenue-generating functions under one strategic direction. You’ll drive commercial strategy, identify new growth opportunities (including acquisitions and partnerships), and support strategic execution across the organisation. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the GM Tourism. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with NTT’s long-term goals Drive Sales, Marketing, and Ancillary Revenue initiatives to deliver unified growth Evaluate new business opportunities including acquisitions, joint ventures, and alliances Deliver robust financial and strategic analysis to support investment decisions Build commercial capability across NTT and contribute to organisational strategy Champion cultural confidence and wellbeing across the organisation What You’ll Bring 10+ years in senior commercial or strategic leadership roles, ideally in tourism or experience-based industries Proven success in driving growth and profitability across multiple business units Strong financial acumen and experience in investment analysis and business case development Strategic thinker with a track record of innovation in pricing, packaging, and market positioning Ability to build partnerships across iwi, industry, and government Tertiary qualification in commerce, business, finance, or economics (postgrad preferred) Ready to shape the future of tourism in Aotearoa?
