The Opportunity Based in Christchurch and reporting to the Executive Chair, you will be an experienced operational leader and will drive the next phase of growth for Truescape. You will ensure the business delivers on its objectives and global opportunities, building financial and commercial strength while maintaining a high-performing, engaged team. Key responsibilities of the role include: Commercial Leadership: Collaborate with the Executive Chairman to develop and implement financial strategies to support sustainable growth Operational Management & Growth: Lead the delivery of Truescape’s strategic plan, identify operational gaps, and implement solutions to scale effectively while maintaining top-tier quality People & Culture Leadership: Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture while mentoring and guiding the leadership team to align their efforts with Truescape’s goals Client & Market Growth: Partner with the Executive Director of Sales in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans, as well as ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience About you To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced leader who has delivered growth in a technology-enabled or professional services business. You will have demonstrated success in fostering innovation as well as leading cross-functional teams and building high-performance cultures. Your commercial acumen will be crucial as you guide the company through its next phase of expansion, as will your ability to adapt to the complexities of multi-country operations.
