As General Manager, you will lead the entire dealership operation, from vehicle sales and finance to service and customer experience.
Your leadership will set the tone for a culture of excellence, teamwork, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and drive performance across all departments: Sales, Service, and Parts.
Monitor, control, and report on profitability, costs, and budgets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence are at the heart of every interaction.
Lead, develop, and inspire your team to deliver top results.
Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and process improvement.
What We’re Looking For
You are a dynamic, hands‑on leader with a track record of success in automotive management.
You’re strategic yet practical, commercially savvy, and above all, passionate about people and performance.
You’ll bring:
2+ years in a General Manager or Dealer Principal role
3+ years of retail automotive management experience in New Zealand
Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Parts operations
Proven ability to motivate, coach, and build high‑performing teams
A driven, entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
