About The Role
As GM Commercial Growth & Strategy, you will lead NTT's revenue-generating functions under one strategic direction. You'll drive commercial strategy, identify new growth opportunities (including acquisitions and partnerships), and support strategic execution across the organisation.
This is a senior leadership role reporting to the GM Tourism.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with NTT's long-term goals
- Drive Sales, Marketing, and Ancillary Revenue initiatives to deliver unified growth
- Evaluate new business opportunities including acquisitions, joint ventures, and alliances
- Deliver robust financial and strategic analysis to support investment decisions
- Build commercial capability across NTT and contribute to organisational strategy
- Champion cultural confidence and wellbeing across the organisation
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years in senior commercial or strategic leadership roles, ideally in tourism or experience-based industries
- Proven success in driving growth and profitability across multiple business units
- Strong financial acumen and experience in investment analysis and business case development
- Strategic thinker with a track record of innovation in pricing, packaging, and market positioning
- Ability to build partnerships across iwi, industry, and government
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, business, finance, or economics (postgrad preferred)
