An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced reception/administrator to join a busy clinic working within the mental health sector.  In this role you would be assisting with reception and administration duties working full time hours Monday to Friday.  A full driver’s licence would be required as you could be rostered to different clinics around South Auckland between Highland Park, East Tamaki, Otahuhu and Papakura.
Duties include:

Meet and greet of visitors
Booking appointments
Data entry updating patient details in the database
Fielding phone calls
Other adhoc duties as required

To be considered you will:

Have excellent communication skills and can-do attitude
Be proficient with MS office and be comfortable picking up new systems quickly
Have a full driver’s licence and be able to drive between sites for work
Be motivated and flexible to take on a variety of tasks.
