Farmers Trading Company Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at The Base store. As a vital point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.
About the Role
We are currently seeking an Office Administrator who can provide administrative support to our store team. You will be responsible for tracking employee hours and leave entitlements, preparing floats, banking and petty cash, and responding to customer enquiries.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the store team
- Track employee hours and leave entitlements
- Prepare floats, bank, and manage petty cash
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues
Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A minimum of 1-2 years administration experience is essential, with payroll experience being required. DataTime experience is an advantage.
Work Arrangements
This is a part-time role, which will involve working Monday 8:30am - 12:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm, and Saturday 8:30am - 6:15pm.
