Role Summary:
This role is part of the General Administration career stream and involves providing administrative support to teams or functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, using their own judgment within defined boundaries and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include general office administration and clerical support, reception/telephone/switchboard, mailroom & filing support, and office event planning. The successful candidate will also be able to support Facilities Management with office space planning.
