We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead the property marketing function for the Wellington office, providing innovation, creativity and best in class marketing support for the Wellington Agency team.

You will be expected to create and execute marketing campaigns in line with the national marketing strategies and CBRE brand guidelines.

This includes the production and design of marketing assets such as RFPs, presentations and property marketing collateral.

Here's what you'll focus on:

  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Create engaging multichannel property campaign strategies
  • Creation of marketing collateral including the design of flyers, brochures, proposals, print and digital ads. Craft social media, advertising and digital copy.
  • Create and maintain marketing budgets and marketing timelines for each campaign.
  • Creation and management of web listings and the production and distribution of EDMs.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit campaign extracting key insights for future campaigns
  • Execution of the National marketing strategy within the Wellington market.
  • Other general marketing tasks and administrative tasks as required

About you:

  • Previous experience in creating and executing marketing plans and marketing campaigns
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Excellent organisational management skills / demonstrate organisational abilities by effectively handling multiple tasks, setting priorities.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
