ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our dynamic marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the journey of students and graduates pursuing a rewarding career by completing the CA Program.

Collaborating closely with colleagues across Australia and New Zealand, you will maximise uptake of the CA Program by implementing, managing, and enhancing multi-channel campaigns.


As a key player in the team behind acquisition campaigns, you'll leverage you'll help to maximised return on investment and optimise campaigns to get results.


What we're looking for:

  • At least 3 years experience in devising and executing multichannel campaigns, ideally with an acquisition focus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in direct and digital marketing, including roles involving revenue generation or commercial targets.
  • Proven track record in campaign development, management, performance tracking, budgeting, and providing insightful financial recommendations.
  • Exceptional project management skills, adeptness at multitasking and problemsolving, and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Confidence in navigating internal and external stakeholder interactions.

This is an ideal role for those with an agency or performance marketing background looking to work in-house with a team of dynamic professionals and see the efforts of your work come to life, learn from insights and run further campaigns all the while learning, experimenting and collaborating.
