ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our dynamic marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the career journey of current and future CA ANZ members.

Collaborating closely with colleagues across Australia and New Zealand, you will work on a mix of multichannel, end-to-end campaigns which focus on member growth, generating engagement with membership benefits and professional development courses, and bringing visibility to our advocacy and thought leadership work.


You will have a mix of full campaign ownership, as well as working on larger projects as a key player in the team.

You'll plan, set up, monitor and optimise campaigns to get results and maximise return on investment.

This role is offered on a 12 month parental leave contract.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in planning and executing multichannel campaigns, ideally with edm and paid social media experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in running endtoend marketing campaigns, ideally involving revenue generation or commercial targets.
  • Proven track record in campaign development, management, performance tracking, budgeting, and providing insightful performance recommendations.
  • Exceptional project management skills, adeptness at multitasking and problemsolving, and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Confidence in navigating internal and external stakeholder interactions.
  • Willingness to test, learn, innovate, and look for new opportunities to achieve business goals.

This is an ideal role for those with an agency or performance marketing background looking to work in-house with a team of dynamic professionals and see the efforts of your work come to life, learn from insights and run further campaigns all the while learning, experimenting and collaborating.
