About the Company:

Our client is a world-leading provider in their area, assisting with disease prevention and other conditions using state-of-the-art technology.


They are now looking for multiple Customer Care Consultants to join the team, assisting with outbound calls to warm leads and booking follow-up appointments at their clinics.


Key responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls to existing patients to book followup appointments
  • Providing exceptional experience to the patients and stakeholders
  • Maintaining and updating the database and patient records as needed
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as required

About You:

  • Previous experience in a customerfocused role either facetoface or over the phone.
  • Previous experience in a Sales focused role
  • Experience and confidence in liaising with customers and the ability to handle objections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A Solutionfocused mindset with the determination to succeed
  • Strong organisation and time management
