About the Role:

Reporting to the Deputy Sales Director in Auckland NZ, the successful candidate will:

  • Promote and Sell CMA CGM Group shipping and Non-maritime services
  • Undertake a proactive role in the development of sales strategies specifically looking at bringing on new clients and increasing coverage within existing client base.
  • Develop Value Added Services in line with management direction
  • Meet and exceed annual target set by the National Sales Manager for CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills especially MS Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Previous experience in shipping, freight forwarding, and/or logistics industry
  • Experience in a customer service, preferably in a sales support role within the shipping or related industry
  • Have a strong passion for Sales
  • Highly organised, self motivated with ability to plan and co-ordinate workflows and performance effectively and without supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
