About the role:

This is a permanent part-time (20 hours) position and will be based in our Wellington office in Ngauranga.

Working alongside and with the support of our Senior Finance Administrator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Raise sales orders and credit notes.
  • Prepare purchase requisition and purchase orders and update to ensure all the information is up to date and ensure the authority Matrix has been followed.
  • Respond to customer queries and issues relating to accounts, invoices, payments, purchase orders and sales orders and to follow up where necessary to ensure all issues or queries are resolved.
  • Assisting the Senior Finance admin with month end duties and analysing cost and revenue.
  • Maintain assets, transfer/disposal of assets
  • Assisting with master data maintenance (setting up customers, new vendors etc)
  • Any ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Ensure that all weekly and monthly reporting completed for internal and external key clients within the agreed timeframe.

About You:

Skills and experience required:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be able to manage time effectively
  • Proven ability of creating and building strong working relationships.
  • Knowledge of SAP desired, not preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
  • Good communication skills and problemsolving ability.
