Our valued client is seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to join their team on an initial 6 month Fixed-Term basis. This is an organisation involved in meaningful work and your contributions will make a significant impact. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient financial accounting. Your responsibilities will include assisting with accounting activities, invoicing, accounts payable, and providing backup accounting support. Key Responsibilities: Manage Xero bank reconciliations, including local and international creditors batch payments, debtors, credit card statements, and expense claims Manage client invoices and ensure effective collection Monitor AP/AR inbox daily Administer business software systems and support month-end activities You will have: A solid understanding of client invoicing processes Experience in debt management and reporting The ability to prioritise multiple activities with a focus on multi-tasking and process improvement A keen attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work methodically Experience in Xero and Salesforce (desirable) A tertiary qualification in Accounting/Commerce or relevant work experience, with approximately 3-4 years' professional experience There is the opportunity for this role to become permanent.
