**The Role**
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join a rapidly growing organisation. This is a new position that has been established due to our continued growth across Aotearoa.
As the Finance Administrator, you will be working across the accounting functions acting as a conduit and triage between our accounts team and key internal accounts. You will be able to understand multi-business needs and requirements from our accounts team, corporate shared services team and customer accounts.
You will already have experience being part of a Finance team and will be comfortable providing relevant reports and conducting analysis.
This role will be working with several key customers and stakeholders including our shared services team and reports to the Finance and Commercial Manager based in Wellington and part of an expanding team.
This position will be working with our bespoke finance system however, experience working with different systems and the ability to effectively navigate them will be highly beneficial.
**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Accounts payable/recievable or accounts payable experience
- Prior experience working as part of a Finance Team
- Experience generating and preparing reports
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Microsoft Office Application Skills proficiency in Excel a priority
The appointment range for this position in $60,000 - $75,000.
