The Opportunity


This is an exciting graduate opportunity for an energetic team player who will be responsible for supporting the delivery of safe and efficient campus services to the Christchurch International Airport (CIAL contract).

As 'The Gateway to the South Island', the Christchurch International Airport boasts a very intricate and efficient working environment. Learn as you earn and develop your knowledge in contract management, auditing and compliance, business structure and asset management.

Maintaining effective relationships and liaising with CIAL staff, tenants, contractors and Citycare Property staff, will be crucial to the role.


Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing BWOF (Building Warrant of Fitness) and compliance issue support to Campus Services
  • Supporting and delivering SMP (scheduled maintenance programmes)
  • Providing support to both the Terminal Services Manager and the Campus Services Manager
  • Assisting in forward planning of subcontracted work
  • Assisting the Campus Services Manager to ensure compliance and KPI targets are met
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with tenants and clients

Requirements:

The successful applicant will have/be:

  • An appropriate tertiary qualification in Contract Administration, Asset Management or similar
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products — especially excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication and reporting skills
  • A high degree of accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
