Job Description Prospero Health and Social Care have the privilege of working alongside a leading Aged Care provider of Aged Care Services in New Zealand. This nationwide provider prides itself on providing holistic care for the elderly, based on the individual needs of those within their care. The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for 3 Facility Managers, two in Canterbury and one in Northland. Successful Applicants Will Supervise, lead, and support Clinical and non-Clinical Staff, whilst managing the day-to-day operations, including the financial and budgeting aspects of the Facility. Skills And Experience Registered Nurse with experience working within Aged Care in NZ with current APC 3+ years' experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a leadership role Sound knowledge and experience working with dementia patients – two of these facilities have Psychogeriatric Units Sound knowledge of the NZ Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills Previous Financial Management and Budgeting experience Enthusiasm, drive, and a desire to be successful in this role A passion for Aged Care and a desire to make a difference in the lives of Residents and families Application Process If you would like to be considered for this position, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV and Cover Letter to: ******. #J-18808-Ljbffr
