As part of a small but mighty team, this is a pivotal role in the organisation, demanding a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and innovative approaches to expand the company's market presence, customer base, and revenue streams.

You will be reporting directly to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (Sunil Unka), and collaborating across the company to identify global growth opportunities, optimise processes, and implement scalable solutions.

You'll ideally have the following capabilities and attributes: Proven track record of driving significant growth, ideally in global markets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
Dissatisfaction with the status quo and BAU, with a relentless drive to do and be better.
Ability to take charge, and willing and able to hold yourself and others to account.
