Wolfbrook is one of New Zealand's largest residential property developers with a proven track record of delivering high-quality homes to homeowners and investors throughout Aotearoa.
Additionally, Wolfbrook operates a number of smaller ventures in property management, facilities maintenance and financial products.About the Role The Marketing Manager's role is pivotal within Wolfbrook.
The manager is responsible for leading and managing the marketing team, developing and delivering the marketing strategy, growing the national awareness and image of the Wolfbrook brand, and driving customer acquisition by coaching and holding the team accountable to best-practice marketing competencies.
Given the limited use of external marketing agencies, the Marketing Manager has expertise in all facets of consumer marketing, especially growing consumer brands, B2 C lead generation, and optimising the cost per lead.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with Wolfbrook's business objectives, considering both short and long-term priorities.Quickly analyses, understands and solves problems utilising a data-driven approach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product development, sales, and other key functions Expertise Conduct ongoing market research to understand the market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Utilise those insights to refine market strategies, ensuring that Wolfbrook continually improves its market position.Maintain and enhance the Wolfbrook brand image and identity whilst ensuring the Wolfbrook brand standards are upheld across all marketing materials and campaigns.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies targeting Wolfbrook's target markets that provide quality leads for the sales team whilst optimising the cost per lead to maximise the return on investment.
Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including the launch of new developments and products.Providing an outstanding customer experience is at the heart of the marketing processes, leading to repeat business and endless referrals.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a balance between cost efficiency and impactful outcomes.Define, track, and report on key performance metrics, including the return on investment of marketing campaigns, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Establish and maintain beneficial relationships with external partners.Hubspot and CRMUtilise Hub Spot's marketing automation tools to manage the lead lifecycle, including tracking, nurturing, and scoring leads, as well as creating and optimising workflows.
Analyse marketing performance metrics within Hub Spot, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and use the insights to refine strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with company goals and ensure a cohesive customer journey from marketing to sales.
Management and Leadership Focused on marketing leadership, is decisive, enjoys the role and always takes action.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications & Experience The necessary qualifications required to be a high-performing include:10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of successfully driving lead generation, optimising cost per lead, and nurturing brand awareness and growth.3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
Deep understanding of modern lead generation methods, including inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media, whilst also understanding traditional marketing techniques such as radio, TV and print.
