About the opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager the Head of Growth will be essential in developing and maintaining strategic stakeholder relationships on a global scale.

With your commercial mindset you will be pivotal in realising the organisation's strategic aspirations.

In doing this you will:

  • Understand and identify international market trends to identify gaps and opportunities to develop and grow market share
  • Maintain an existing loyal customer base and leverage this platform to grow business
  • Deliver and exceed agreed targets
  • Travel internationally to secure market presence and develop and enhance meaningful relationships
  • Meaningfully engage with key stakeholders to broker mutually beneficial relationships to deliver successful outcomes
  • Monitor and report on international sales and customer trends
  • Proactively forecast customer requirements to capture these in the sales planning process
  • Be and advocate for the Midlands brand by upholding Drive business grits reputation as a leading supplier of packaged New Zealand Honey and Honey products
  • Develop and execute an annual account plan, and regularly update on progress via quarterly business reviews
  • Actively contribute to increasing market share of Manuka products
