Āu Mahi | What You Will Do

The purpose of this role is to implement the strategic vision for UC Online's product portfolio by creating and executing a roadmap for learning product delivery driven by market needs and underpinned by the capability of UC and its partners.

You will collaborate with key members of UC's Future Learning team Academic community to incorporate innovative learning products into our portfolio that meet the needs of our local and global job market, and that champion exceptional experiences for our UC Online students

Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will generally thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in:

  • Change management and championing projects to help others relate to/align to them
  • Experience in a startup environment with the ability to work with high change
  • Humancentred design, doublediamond product design and delivery and other modern product discovery practices
  • Digital product management
  • Advanced skills in common product and portfolio management with proven skills in building meaningful, collaborative relationships across all levels of the business
