We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. As an Account Manager at N4 Studio, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and social media.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
what you'll be doing
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects and ongoing relationships.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with clients to develop and implement digital strategies that align with their business goals, identify opportunities for clients to enhance their digital presence and performance, and prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met and prepare and negotiate client contracts and agreements.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business, collaborate with the sales team to bring in new clients, and participate in client pitches and presentations.
