Our Supply team are the team that fuels our customers, literally Supply at Z Energy looks after the whole fuel supply chain and maintenance of all assets to ensure we have what we need, where we need it.

Our newly formed Assets team are looking for an Assets Coordinator to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This support-based role will see you update systems, provide reporting and support the team with administration and coordination.

You will have the opportunity to

  • Take responsibility for managing Maintenance Workorder Management Systems
  • Provide high quality analytical reporting and trend analysis
  • Using data from the from our Workorder Management Systems and others, provide detailed analysis on the performance of contracts and SLAs
  • Actively support maintenance team with administrative tasks and developing processes that add to overall performance accountability of the team

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills

  • The bias for action and ability to find and implement process improvements
  • Analysis and reporting experience

The base salary range for this role is $76,500 to $83,800 per annum, we also offer a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
