Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA) provide a range of services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business and ensure we can maintain consistent service delivery regardless of external events and crises.


The group comprises four key areas:
Asset Management, Procurement, Public Private Partnerships and Digital.

Mō te tūnga | About the role

The Asset Management team are currently looking for a Programme Coordinator to join the Non-Custodial/CCS team here at Ara Poutama.

The Programme Coordinator will ensure that programme management processes and controls are defined and actioned effectively, as well as provide vital support to the National Manager Non-Custodial/CCS Property and Non-Custodial/CCS team.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain highly effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information, as part of programme and project administration in an Asset Management environment.
  • Microsoft Project and Visio skills essential
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills essential
  • SAP or similar financial system experienced preferred
