Our ICT Asset and Supplier Management team sits within the Digital, Data and Insights group. Within our team we are proactive in managing the contract lifecycle and the relationships with our technology suppliers.

Tēnei tūranga - About the role:

As the Analyst ICT Assets in our team, you will be working as the contact point for ICT vendors and projects deploying staff-based ICT equipment and software to drive enterprise level outcome.

This role has oversight, coordination and execution of desktop user equipment and software deployment, transfer and exchange including location moves.

  • Ability to quickly assimilate new information of areas of work, quickly establish and build strong working relationships, and to develop trust and credibility with managers and staff.
  • Some experience in ICT related practices.
  • Experience in the development and maintenance of plans and registers.
  • Some business writing capability.
  • An understanding of ICT systems, terminology, technology, practices, and industry.
