About you
You will be at the forefront of Enatel's operations and supply chain strategies, both locally and globally.

Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of supplies, managing inventory levels effectively, and maintaining the highest standards for the safe manufacture of top-quality products.


  • Proven strategic planning and business plan alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare annual business plans and synchronise operations with strategic goals.
  • Extensive expertise in Supply Chain and Production operations, including sound decisionmaking.
  • Prior experience in lean manufacturing, optimising productivity, and ensuring ontime product delivery with quality standards.
  • Track record of developing and implementing effective risk management frameworks for Procurement and Production processes.
  • Proven leadership experience with successful team coaching, mentoring, and development.
