As they continuously strive to enhance their services and embrace the latest technologies, they are now seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Director to spearhead a transformative project of unprecedented scale and importance.

This will be the first of it's kind within the southern hemisphere.


We are seeking expressions of interest from
Programme Directors and large scale Business and Digital Transformation Specialiasts to be entrusted with overseeing and driving a significant business and digital transformation initiative encompassing a large-scale system integration.

This critical piece of work aims to revolutionize our client's operations, enhance patient experiences, and optimize our organizational performance.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of this transformational change.


Responsibilities:

Visionary Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the entire transformational journey, inspiring teams and stakeholders to actively contribute to the project's success.

Project Management: Effectively plan, execute, and monitor all aspects of the programme, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth progress of the transformational change.

Vendor Management: Oversee vendor selection and management to ensure seamless integration of external partners into the project.

Quality Assurance: Set and maintain high standards of quality for deliverables, ensuring they align with the project's objectives and organizational values.

Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Performance Evaluation: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the project's success and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

Experience: A proven track record (minimum 10 years) of successfully managing and delivering large-scale business and digital transformation programmes, preferably within the healthcare industry or a related field.

Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams in a collaborative and supportive manner.

Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic acumen, capable of developing and executing transformative visions aligned with organizational goals.

Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, with the ability to handle complex projects from initiation to completion.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Innovation: A forward-thinking mindset, with a keen interest in exploring and implementing innovative technologies and practices.

Education: A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, technology, or a related field.
