THE ROLE:


Your role as Sales Manager is to help support the Store Manager with opertaions of the International retail business including team development and overall business strategy to deliver the best results.

You are a business savvy individual who can see the opportunities to deliver outstanding customer experience. Relationship skills are second nature as you maintain working relationships with follow sales reps and or brand representatives. This is a business that stands out from the rest, it has very high standards in customer interaction and exceeding expectations and delivering the best products

ABOUT YOU:

  • Have a strong understanding of customer experience
  • Provide feedback to team members to help support their performance
  • Ensure supply of stock is available at all times including stock takes
  • Health and Safety standards and relevant requirements are adhered to
  • Maintain store presentation standards and brand awareness
  • Contribute the building engagement with the team to drive performance
