About Role:

Be the first point of contact and fulfil a wide range of administrations and customer service functions.

  • Prepare quote and process orders
  • Manage and update SAP CRM
  • Assist the Financial Controller with the account's functions
  • Accounts payable and receivable and reconciliations
  • Manage the daytoday outwards goods movements and relationships with couriers
  • Maintain an organized and efficient store and conduct regular stock takes
  • Coordinate and look after the administration of the online and inhouse training programs
  • Manage the billing of the safety projects
The role can grow in responsibilities as you develop your skill set.

About You:

  • 1+ years previous office administration experience
  • Could suit a mother returning to the work force

  • Prior SAP experience is a bonus otherwise it can be trained
