An exciting opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion for an emerging learning professional with specialist skills in learning design technologies to contribute to our values-driven organisation.

To be successful in this role, you need to be passionate about innovative learning technology and continuous learning. A systems-driven and detail-oriented learning and development professional will thrive in this role.

You will be working with the wider Organisational Development & Capability (OD&C) team and collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring our people and our customers are at the centre of everything we do.

This role can be based in either Auckland or Wellington. We offer flexible working arrangements in a supportive, collaborative team.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Proven ability to work with digital technologies including an LMS system, authoring tools and design tools (Articulate 360, Adobe CS) and ability to learn new tech
  • Project management experience (Design Thinking preferred) and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work
  • Contribute to the design, development and delivery of learning experiences
  • Emerging experience in a Capability advisory role including analysing, designing, developing, delivering, implementing and evaluation of Capability activities and framework
  • Tertiary qualification in learning and design disciplines and/or equivalent relevant experience
