About the job:

Sitting within the Customer Care team this role will see you answering incoming Business to Business phone calls from existing and potential clients.

We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong focus on client care, who are driven, energetic and can think outside the box

Day to day you will

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Process orders and providing quotations
  • Provide product knowledge for a wide range of products
  • Update customers with accurate timeframes on product deliveries including track and tracing and providing new ETA's
  • Liaise with internal teams to action customer requests with efficiency and professionalism

The hours
***You'll be working Monday - Friday, between 7.30am - 6pm (8-hour shift)

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria

  • Customer service experience we're open to retail, hospitality, and recent graduates
  • Driven, confident and ambitious
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
