About the role


Bluecurrent (formerly Vector Metering) is a leading provider of innovative smart metering services and solutions in New Zealand and Australia.

As a B2B company, we partner with leading energy retailers and distributors in New Zealand and Australia.


We have an exciting opportunity for a Metering Services Administrator to help manage resolution of all service requests, queries, exceptions and disputes from our retailer customers.

Alongside this, you will build and maintain good relationships with our customers and internal teams to ensure all queries are answered in a timely manner.


Metering services take pride in the team environment that we have created with a hardworking team that also enjoy coming together to celebrate the hard work.

the Metering services role covers a lot of different aspects giving members the knowledge in a vast range of skills to be constantly upskilling individuals.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Process data received from Energy Retailers and Field Service Partners through Bluecurrent's workflow tools
  • Ensure data quality in Bluecurrent's database is maintained and assist with resolving discrepancies and correcting asset data as requires.

Who we are looking for
You will come from a strong customer focus background and have some previous administration & data entry experience, along with the following:

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Driven individual, interested in learning and upskilling their knowledge
