The opportunity
In this integral role, your day-to-day mahi will include:

  • Managing our 'StudyLink' process
  • Managing our 'Fees Free' process
  • Assisting with our International student debtors & Agent invoices
  • Supporting the Student Finance Team Leader and team with student payment processing, receipting, debtor enquiries, account maintenance, and processes
  • Providing backup relief to the Cashier on occasion


You'll be working Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours a day with flexible start and finish times across the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm.

About you
You'll come with great organisational skills, experience working with a diverse range of people, be a real team player plus have:

  • Previous accounting experience providing sound understanding and knowledge of financial processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous experience and competence with databases
  • Experience using PeopleSoft is highly advantageous
