The team at Roxie's is on the lookout for a fun-loving foodie who can add to the bright and energetic spirit of our funky little cantina. We're a tight-knit little family, and we're looking for someone who loves to have fun and can bring something special to lead our amazing team

Our next Venue Manager is someone who has experience working in a fast-paced, medium to large-sized venue. They need to have a community-focused attitude and the ability to problem-solve on their feet. Roxies is known for our delicious and delightful margaritas, so cocktail and bar knowledge (and love) is welcomed This role requires recruitment experience, as well as other administrative knowledge such as control & revenue-generating abilities and schdule management.

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 45 hours per week. The starting salary will be negotiated based on your previous experience.
- An outstanding employment history in the hospitality industry
- At least 2-3 years experience in a senior management position at a similar-sized venue
- A valid LCQ and Manager’s License (this is essential for compliance purposes)
- The ability to be a motivating and hands-on leader - the team will be keen to follow you and come along for the journey
- Top-notch communication skills and a positive attitude
- The ability to have strong control of a busy restaurant and bar
- A passion for good friendly service and an absolute pro on the floor
- An excellent understanding of sound cost control & revenue-generating ability
