Ventia are currently seeking a Senior Contract coordinator to support our newly awarded Wel Networks contract

ABOUT THE ROLE


Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this role will be primarily responsible for providing end to end support to Contract/Project Managers throughout the project life cycle, Initiation, Planning, Executions, Closure.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
  • Wel Networks. Contract team & Ventia Senior Management.
  • Developing indepth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e., timeframes, financials, outcomes.
  • Coordination in conjunction with the Contract Manager & Stores ensuring resources and equipment are always available.
  • Assisting in the preparation of client reporting.
  • Working with Wel, ensuring the interface for SAP requirements are being met.
  • Creating and reviewing of reports e.g., financial, HSEQ in conjunction with the SHEQ.
  • Engagement with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers as required for project activities.
  • General office activities

ABOUT YOU
Experience in SAP or ability to learn SAP or other similar programs are an advantage.


Being able to prioritize tasks effectively and producing quality work, as well as having excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a team member are essential to your success in this role.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a geographically dispersed team
  • An ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiple operational managers and support function representatives
