The role of the Contract Coordinator is to undertake efficient and high-quality scheduling of resources, administrative duties and provide accounting support.

Working closely with the Operation Lead, you will ensure the department has sufficient resources to meet both stakeholders needs and internal requirements.

The technical stuff you'll need includes:

  • Preferred at least 3 years office administration experience, including accounting experience.
  • Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and be a proficient user of Microsoft and accounting software packages
  • Experience in use of accounting software packages.
  • Literate and numerate skills

  • Good organizational, administrative and time management skills
