In this critical role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by:


  • Coordinating Mail: Efficiently processing incoming and outgoing mail, including bills, contracts, policies, invoices, and checks. Ensuring all documents are handled accurately and delivered promptly.

Supporting Meetings: Assisting in creating meeting agendas, attending meetings, and taking accurate minutes. Collaborating with colleagues and management to facilitate seamless communication within the office.

Data and Documentation Management: Utilizing computer systems to create professional documents, spreadsheets, and input data accurately. Maintaining and updating filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems to ensure information is readily accessible.

Client Interaction: Engaging with external parties, such as builders and potential clients, in a professional and courteous manner. Confirming appointments and directing them to the appropriate personnel or office.

Quality Assurance: Meticulously reviewing all data processing, letters, and other documents for accuracy and completeness before finalization.

Resource Management: Maintaining office supplies and inventory by placing orders as needed. Making travel arrangements for the manager to support efficient business operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay rate:
minimum $29.66 / hour - maximum $29.66 / hour

Guaranteed hours of work per week: minimum 30 hours
